It was just a great fit for a weekend getaway in Almaty with excellent value for money. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, and the views from the balcony were unexpectedly nice. Bring your own toiletries since the bathroom amenities seemed a bit outdated.

the double room is new-fashioned and has wi-fi, a storage, and an iron with ironing board. the staff are very-very nice and provide a perfect service. it's centrally located on mountains.

Lekker views and comfy vibes 🌄
The location is super lekker, had fine mountain views from my room on the fifth floor! Reception staff were chommies, always ready to help. Brekkie was a big plus, proper spread with tasty regional dishes, just what you need to start the day.
Only bummer was the WiFi, flippen slow sometimes-had to vasbyt while streaming.

Centrally located in the centre. Besides, easy access to Kunayev Museum. Impressive single room with views of the mountain. Plenty of facilities like: a storage, an iron and ironing board.

the bathroom was a bit cramped but the staff was always attentive and provided fresh toiletries daily🏨 the breakfast spread was amazing, especially the fresh pastries and variety of fruits🍉 also, the mountain view from the lobby is stunning.

The service was efficient during my stay. I had suite with a private bathroom. The place had a special atmosphere. The location seemed best possible right in the downtown.

The service at the reception was disappointing, with delayed responses to requests and a lack of helpfulness when checking out. I was really surprised by the spacious room, bothvery comfy and tidy. The accessibility features made it easy for me to move around, and the location offered fine views of the mountains, especially from my window.
More lighting options in the room would help.

Great location and cozy vibes!
I stayed for 4 nights in a Superior Double Room, and it was such a nice time! The location was fab-super easy to walk to parks and museums. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with yummy regional dishes. Only issue was the wifi kinda sucked at times, though 😅

Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry service. During my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with a late check out. I highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet. It's delicious! I'm coming back for a city break.
